Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for food production, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
Oversee logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and warehousing.
Track inventory levels and optimize stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, HALAL and other relevant regulations.
Actively involve in processing documentations for new regulation compliance.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and finance, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor market trends and changes in supply chain dynamics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any supply chain or logistics issues that may arise.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP and GMP.
Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics documentation is a plus.
