Role Description

The role is based on supporting NANOSCENTS sales and marketing processes. The main part of the role will be working with our sales, marketing and service operating team.

A sales and marketing administration is to supports the sales/marketing manager and other management through mid-level administrative and creative tasks. As a sales and marketing executive, your job duties include working on projects focused on optimizing company revenue and customer outreach. This will involve explaining our core value proposition, demonstrating our products and helping with sales opportunities as well as supporting our sales with their marketing campaigns if any.

This is an ideal first role for someone looking for a career in sales and marketing. The placement will include projects in the following:

Key Tasks

  • Assist the sales team and director with end customer daily sales activity.
  • Primarily supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer orders, and providing customer service.
  • Oversees to checking the SDO & Invoice billing.
  • Attend to sales meeting, prepare and follow up the Supply & Service Contract, sales development opportunities / monitoring of actions.
  • Demonstrating the NANOSCENTS product and value proposition.
  • First line pre/post-sales support for new sales opportunities and assist in new sales lead.
  • Production of quotes and proposals.
  • Updating & Monitor the Company CRM with all activities.
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as web content, product brochures, blog posts, social media pages, online sales portal(s) and press releases if any.
  • Assisting other areas of the business such as pre-sales or attend to walk-in customers.
  • Prepare & planning Schedule for daily service job.
  • Prepare Sales Order (Proforma Invoice) & follow up payment for service job arrangements
  • Ensure customer availability for services and manage site visit appointment.
  • Prepare, follow up and monitor on aging accounts receivables for payment or clearance, sales support tools, customer’s promotion compliance and on product availability.

Qualifications

  • Sales Support, Marketing Support, and Administrative skills
  • Experience in coordinating sales and marketing activities
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Sales Presentation skill and experience is a plus
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
