About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Manager, e-Commerce, who can spearhead our marketplace strategies, particularly on platforms like Amazon, to amplify our digital footprint and provide an unparalleled experience for our global customers.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Optimization:

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and conversion rates.

Sales Driving:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth on the Amazon platform.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Amazon Advertising:

  • Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Analyze advertising performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Policy Compliance and Communication:

  • Stay informed about the latest Amazon policies, guidelines, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's regulations and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze key performance metrics related to product listings, advertising campaigns, and sales.
  • Generate reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Exploring Business Opportunities:

  • Identify and explore potential business opportunities beyond Amazon to diversify revenue streams.
  • Research and analyze market trends to assess the feasibility of expanding into new platforms or markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon e-commerce operations and driving sales.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of the US and AU markets, with the ability to leverage market insights for strategic advantage.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, Amazon algorithms, and best practices.
  • Good in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese is a must.
