Hiring Immediately for HR Executive/Senior HR Executive!

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and manage manual payroll transitions.
• Handle payroll and administrative matters for foreign employees, including work permits and visas.
• Maintain manual payroll records and collaborate with HR for accurate data management.
• Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and prepare payroll reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations teams to enhance payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in HR or a related field.
• Experience in HR, preferably within the food & beverage industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local and international labour laws, especially regarding foreign employees.
