Quality Assurance Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that food handling and operational processes are followed strictly in all 57+ outlets and the quality of food and customer environment is best in class and compliant with Halal, MOHand other internal standards
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all external and internal audits and to lead training in all matters relating to QA
• Develop, implement and document best practices and new initiatives for QA

You are:

• An experienced solo contributor who has more than 5 years experience working in a F&B (preferably at an established multi-chain brand)
• You know are well versed in and have up to date knowledge in Halal, HACCP and food handling and passionate about creating a magical customer experience
• Previously responsible for food handling and quality assurance and held similar position with at least 2 years in this position
• Track record of creating SOPs and training, having been successful in working closely with other team members
