Job Description/Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Work closely with the sales & development team to develop project plans, including scope/requirement, proposal, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams. Conduct weekly WIP meeting to provide guidance and direction to team members; identify and solve existing and potential blockers.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workloads. Ensure the availability of necessary documents and information for the projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes from the QA team to ensure that software meets the specified requirements and standards.
- Communication & Engagement: Maintain regular communication/engagement with clients/outsource parties/internal members to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making sure that projects stay within the allocated financial limits and timeline.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, job brief, status reports, and change requests.
- Project Delivery: Ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery, meeting all project requirements and quality standards.
- Post-mortem: Conduct project post-mortem and evaluate project and team performance.
- RFP Preparation: Attend to project RFP/RFQ/tender and prepare comprehensive proposals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
