An MNC Company is currently hiring an Junior, Market Research & Analysis to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
l Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
l More than 1 year experience working in administration or customer service within the insurance industry.
l Provide support to the Consultants in comparing insurance product illustrations.
l Monitor and track competitor strategies, pricing, and marketing activities. Provide insights on potential competitive threats and opportunities.
l Collaborate and work closely with sales teams to provide intelligence that supports decision-making and helps achieve business objectives.
l Create reports, charts, and presentations to communicate key intelligence to stakeholders.
l Effective communication and relationship skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
l Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
