Get to know the Role:

We are seeking to hire finance & admin associates. Talented & passionate candidates are encouraged to join our team. Hence, it is very important that you take the initiative to learn quickly, and have the right mindset and skill sets to complete tasks within the given time frame.

The day-to-day activities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Assist in tracking and categorizing company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, including processing payments and verifying invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, highlighting any discrepancies.
• Accurately input financial data into relevant software systems.
• Aid in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Assist in hiring new employees, managing employee’s leaves and preparing payroll reports.

The Must-Have:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, particularly Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices is a plus.
