This role will be part of the APAC HR team supporting the full spectrum of the HR function in onboarding and offboarding, benefits and compensation administration, monthly reporting, employee engagement, D&I, HR statutory compliance, learning and development, performance management, and day-to-day human resource operations. The HR scope spans across the APAC region including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all new hire onboarding process including background screening, employment offers, new hire setup and enrolment, compliance training, probation and confirmation.
  • Track and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other related matters across the region.
  • Handle all off-boarding process for leavers.
  • Manage HR audits and administer customer audits.
  • Handle employee benefits administration including medical, employee insurance, leave accruals, service awards, etc.
  • Manage HR records and e-documents, and administer HRIS (Oracle).
  • Collate and compile APAC Monthly reports including employee and headcount reporting, organization charts, statutory reporting, etc.
  • Support the coordination and administration of all employee training activities.
  • Support and assist with all employee engagement and D&I activities.
  • Manage and maintain policies and processes in line with local legislation, organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Manage all HR Vendor invoicing and processing.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the global Human Resources team.
  • Provide support in any other HR related projects.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong HR operational skills.
  • Independent, pro-active with integrity to handle confidential matters.
  • Solid Microsoft office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team.
  • Able to multi-task with an eye for detail.
  • A passion for HR and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
