The position is a Project Management Professional supporting Client tools and Service management process transformation projects. The position will report into the S&T team. Client s undertaking technology transformation program that covers uplifting of tools (such as service now, ansible) and service management process (Incident, change and problem). The incumbent will work directly with the project team to create charter, track and report to senior management. The PM will also drive regular steering committee.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline
  • Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline
  • Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Track and analyse project performance, cost performance, schedule and reports to the management on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform quality assurance.
  • Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics Communications, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years working experience in managing medium scale projects
  • Experience creating work breakdown structure (WBS) - translate requirements into tasks
  • Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Java technical knowledge would be an advantage
