Secretary/Executive/Clerk to assist Office Manager and Lawyers

Responsibilities

a. The overall job scope is to provide secretarial, office administration, and accounts support in the firm's daily operations.

b. Manage documents (business correspondence, agreements, court papers, and other records) in the office, including printing, binding, filing, e-filing, service of documents, etc, on a timely basis.

c. Manage the diary and organise meetings and appointments.

d. Attending to the administrative facilities of the firm, including liaising with the building management, landlord, vendors, suppliers, etc.

e. Attending to the claims and travel arrangements (for flights, accommodation, and transportation) for lawyers and partners.

f. Performing any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.

Qualifications

a. The candidate must possess at least an SPM / STPM / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent in any field of study.

b. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

c. Working proficiency (written and spoken) in two or more languages will be an added advantage.

d. Good working attitude, resourceful, diligent, responsible, willing to learn, polite, and humble.

e. Meticulous and able to work independently with some supervision.

f. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in using CoreMatter will be an added advantage.
