  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor all import and export activities across Mr.DIY worldwide, responsible for all matters related to shipping functions.
  2. Collects, interprets and analyze various types of logistics data including backlog deliveries, fulfilment metrics, shipping leadtime and cost as well as reliability and cost effectiveness of 3PL.
  3. Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization
  4. To ensure the import & export delivery process is continuous following the rules and procedures set by the Logistic department
  5. Assist in delivery planning for special commodities such as FDA, and CE on regulated items
  6. Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
  7. Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & other related shipping documents
  8. Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field, with relevant 2 years working experience in global trading / Import & Export.
  2. Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with different levels of people, detail-oriented, self-driven and flexible to change.
  4. Ability to ‘think out of the box’ for problem-solving and ability to contribute ideas to address operational issues.
  5. Able to write and speak well in both Mandarin and English, as the role requires communicating frequently with China logistics team.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and Powerpoint.
