We Are Hiring:

We are in the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Group Pricing team as our Assistant Manager, Business Development & Group. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows:

  • Prepare and review of technical group pricing and quotations for group business, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain robust group pricing models and conduct comprehensive experience studies to implement pricing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the latest market developments and trends for group business to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, delivering clear and compelling presentations on pricing and quotation details.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Continuously improve and refine pricing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent.
  • Good progress towards a professional qualification with an internationally recognized actuarial body.
  • At least 5 years or more of relevant work experience with Group Pricing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
