- Notify customers of any activities that may result in late delivery.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
