Responsibilities

Policy and Procedure Oversight

  • Manage and ensure the effectiveness of manufacturing policies and procedures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Standardization and Risk Management

  • Develop production and quality standards, conduct risk-based analysis, and address potential issues proactively.

Audits and Compliance

  • Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOP, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership and Training

  • Build and mentor a high-performing quality team, providing ongoing training and performance evaluations.

Quality Metrics

  • Monitor and improve key quality KPIs, including complaints, visual/physical quality, and pest management.

QEHS Implementation

  • Implement and manage the QEHS Integrated Management System in line with global and local standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with various departments on new product launches, quality plans, and customer specifications.

Customer Complaints and Non-Conformance

  • Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and non-conforming products.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive quality improvements, manage change initiatives, and support product development trials.

Resource and Budget Management

  • Optimize the budget for manpower, equipment, and consumables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to relocate to Batam
