Responsibilities
Policy and Procedure Oversight
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of manufacturing policies and procedures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Standardization and Risk Management
- Develop production and quality standards, conduct risk-based analysis, and address potential issues proactively.
Audits and Compliance
- Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOP, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Training
- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team, providing ongoing training and performance evaluations.
Quality Metrics
- Monitor and improve key quality KPIs, including complaints, visual/physical quality, and pest management.
QEHS Implementation
- Implement and manage the QEHS Integrated Management System in line with global and local standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with various departments on new product launches, quality plans, and customer specifications.
Customer Complaints and Non-Conformance
- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and non-conforming products.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive quality improvements, manage change initiatives, and support product development trials.
Resource and Budget Management
- Optimize the budget for manpower, equipment, and consumables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 5+ years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Willing to relocate to Batam
