Performance Marketing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok and retargeting channels. Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
• Formulate, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms mainly on Facebook Meta.
• Analyse and report on set metrics to generate insights for ads optimization, A/B testing and website improvements.
• Researching and proposing new paid advertising strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Managing the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
• Empower creative ideas and innovations within Performance marketing channels.
• Collaborating with creative, campaign, and analytics to enhance channel performance. Work closely across different departments to create compelling ads creatives that speaks to desired target audience.
• Making strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.
• Analysing data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.
• Have a data-driven mindset, reviewing campaign performance report, challenging poor campaign performance and ensure consistent ROI through data analytics and performance tracking. Discuss with project lead and execute campaign objectives and performance targets for each major campaign, with rationale, anticipation of results and ROI.
• Work closely across different departments to create compelling ads creatives that speaks to desired target audience.
• Other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / E-Commerce
• 3 - 5 years working experience as Performance Marketing Executive
• Intermediate knowledge of google analytics
• CRM experience
• Experience in execution and analysing marketing plans
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Active in social media platforms
