Job Responsibility
- Product & services Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company.
- Sales Presentation: Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
- Client Engagement:Â Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
- Sales Strategies:Â Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Report and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
- Market Research: Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
- Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Educational Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English
- Experience with video solutions would be advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Office 365.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in RM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- elf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to prevent or minimise errors on sales documents.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to orders inquiries, or communication.
- Basic salary up to RM5,000 with Commission
