Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur; Malaysia. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide general administrative assistance. The role requires on-site presence and independence.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and being attentive to details
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide executive support
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software and tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of management, HR or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Being independent and mature in undertaking duties
- Being able to prepare and communicate in official correspondence (Verbal & Written) both in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Being able to correspond with Government agencies is a MUST.
