Social Media Manager (Entry-Level/Junior)

Role & Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager at Cheeky, you'll be the key liaison between clients and the content creation team.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that client expectations are met by managing the content creation process from start to finish.
• Scheduling meetings with clients alongside the content planning team to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Developing detailed content calendars outlining key deliverables and deadlines. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our creative strategies are effectively translated into compelling content that aligns with our clients' goals.
• Scheduling and handling postings on clients’ social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok).
• Arranging and coordinating content shoots, ensuring seamless collaboration with the production team.
• Sourcing and coordinating talents if needed for specific shoots.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Malaysian citizen or PR only
• (Preferred) A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with a solid understanding of trends and best practices.
• Active presence on social media platforms, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Strong communication skills, being both outgoing and assertive.
• Understanding of videography/editing is highly desirable.
