Our client is a well established diversified company, with key business in beauty and wellness, restaurants and hotels across SEA. In line with their growth, they are seeking for a professional and proven Sales Director, to lead their sales team and initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • To head the sales division for the group, inclusive of the wellness, restaurants and hotel
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure top management team is informed on the progress of those goals
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Retails F & B, Head of Hospitality and Marketing teams to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the outlets revenue
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, public relations, channel marketing, loyalty marketing, campaign marketing, digital and new media development, and social media engagement
  • Preparing budget, time constraints, and gather resources
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 11 years proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing position in F&B, hospitality and services industries
  • Proven track sales record
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin
  • A result-driven and organized individual
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills


Remuneration

  • up to MYR 15,000
