Role Description (FO/RES) [20240918]

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent and Front Desk Customer Service at MyKey Global in Kuala Lumpur. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling reservations
  • Front Desk Duties proficiency (arrival list, departure list, night audit etc)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of property management or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
