  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Morgan Philips Malaysia is exclusively partnered with a leading multibillion-dollar Tier 1 consultancy firm which intends to set up a Regional Data Analytics capability team in Kuala Lumpur.

The first hire would be a Data Analytics Manager tasked with developing Credit Risk/ Market Exposure data models which would directly support business decisions made globally:

You will partner with the Global Head of Business Strategy & Data Analytics to:

  • Develop and maintain credit risk metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
  • Create and implement advanced credit risk models.
  • Contribute to technology and systems initiatives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of global credit risk frameworks and commercial operations.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
  • Utilize machine learning tools and statistical techniques to extract valuable insights.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and written.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Explore and apply innovative data analytics techniques to solve complex problems.

Who we are looking for:

  • Individual who possesses Strong quantitative background (e.g., Finance, Banking, Math, Engineering, Statistics, Physics). • Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Alignment with values and commitment to long-term success.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Dataiku).
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning techniques.
  • Willingness to work on a European shift. (2pm - 11pm)
