  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of customer invoicing.
  • Assume credit control action to recover outstanding invoices.
  • Send SOAs and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Filing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, etc.
  • Matching PO, DO, and invoice documents.
  • Handle month-end closing AR journals.
  • Prepare debtors' aging reports.
  • Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office and Accounting Software (Autocount is an added advantage).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possessing accounting knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
  • Details-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possess initiative, responsible attitude, mature, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
