Job Responsibility
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service environment
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must
- Customer Service Oriented
- Must be comfortable with high volume of transactions
- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal
- Excellent internal personal skills to connect with customer
- Excellent analytical. problem solving skills and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to stay calm when customer are stressed and upset
- Ability to connect with people from all levels of society
