JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PLANT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE :

Summary of the Job Responsibilities:

Provide both clerical and administrative support. The incumbent will be involved with the coordination and implementation of floor shop procedures and have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. Most work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that necessary supplies are available for production.

2) Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals.

3) Maintain and manage all production-related documents, including work orders, schedules, and quality control records.

4) Act as a liaison between different departments (such as production, procurement, and sales) to facilitate clear and efficient communication.

5) Input production data into systems and generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and other key metrics.

6) Provide administrative support to the production team, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.

7) To handle and support sales team on customers requirement.

8) Ensure compliance with regulatory and company documentation requirements.

9) Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

10) Prepare regular inventory lists of goods using the SAP system.

11) Oversee goods receiving and update records in the SAP system.

12) Create manufacturing orders and batch reports for specific customers or as per request.

13) Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Superior.
