Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process and making sure the task assigned from time to time is completed without delay.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying client's organization plans and objectives
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, internet sites
- Determine applicant requirement by studying job description and job qualification
- Attracting applicant by posting job advertisement on job site or social media
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicant, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Evaluating applicant by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification with Recruiter Lead/Manager
- Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualification
- Completing assigned task given by Recruiter Lead from time to time
Qualifications
- Degree in any relevant industry
- 2 year of experience in relevant industry
