Kelayakan
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
* Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
* At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or related fields.
* Proficient in employment, labor laws, general HR policies & procedures.
* Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & other related softwares.
* Excellent communication & public relation skills.
* Aptitude in problem solving.
Tanggungjawab
* Assist in recruitment process by posting job opening, screening resumes, scheduling interviews & conducting background checks.
* Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
* Managing HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensations, benefits and other related HR responsibilities.
* Attendance & leave administration.
* Organise record & filing of all HR related files.
* Ensure HR policies, procedures & practises are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
* Provide support to Manager in SOP & KPI.
* Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
