Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Shipping Coordinator position in Sunway Iskandar Puteri, Johor Malaysia . The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.

Your job responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing shipping activities and liaising with our valued customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure the smooth flow of the shipping process. Plan, schedule, and coordinate domestic and international shipments. With a keen eye for detail, you will prepare and verify shipping documentation, including quotations and invoices to comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, including customs documentation.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and shipping documentation.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure the efficient handling of customer inquiries and the timely processing of orders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (in Mandarin & English) with customers, team members, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.s
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment
