- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure customer needs are met.

- Hold at least a diploma with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including sales management experience or a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, including sales management experience.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in business solution and service sales or equivalent experience in the Information Technology consulting or software industry.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer relationship management abilities.
- Have outstanding market insight and the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft business applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
