- Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.
- Certified HR Manager professional, graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Preferred at least 3 years of experience in the same roles
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Knowledge in Foreign Worker management.
- Proficiency in HRDCorp E-tris system, HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with statutory online payment and portal. Eg Mytax, Assist portal (SOCSO) etc
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, speaking and writing
- Monthly salary: RM7,500
