  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to in-coming and out-going order processing and shipping documentation, including generating a complete flow of work in the export and/or import documentations.
  • Able to discern the criticality of shipping issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in the related job field.
  • Good knowledge in Letter of Credit and UCP 600 terms.
  • Apply full understanding on PORAM/MEOMA, FOSFA, GAFTA contract terms and procedure to effectively execute contract performance.
  • Familiar with handling of palm oil Marine Insurance claims and vessel demurrage calculation.
  • Prefer 2 - 3 years’ experience in handling bulk oil export. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Strong initiative with an ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Pro-active, team player and Meticulous.
