The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a seasoned People & Culture (P&C) Director to lead their human capital function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive P&C strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, while ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a P&C strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Address employee relations concerns and foster open communication.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address workforce needs.
  • Stay updated on P&C trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a P&C Director or senior HR leader in the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of human capital management principles and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable P&C initiatives.
