The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a seasoned People & Culture (P&C) Director to lead their human capital function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive P&C strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, while ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a P&C strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Address employee relations concerns and foster open communication.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address workforce needs.
- Stay updated on P&C trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a P&C Director or senior HR leader in the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of human capital management principles and best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable P&C initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
