Our client is seeking a highly experienced Group Human Resources Director to join their team. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in a retail trading or related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
