Job Responsibility
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent across various functions.
- Source and Engage Candidates: Identify and engage with high-quality candidates using paid and unpaid job portals and professional networks.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, for the first 6 months 60:90:180days, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze Recruitment Data: Track and report on recruitment data to optimize strategies and processes.
- Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Education: BachelorĂ¢s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
