Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, high-quality visual and video content aligned with the company’s products.
  • Edit and produce videos, reels and other multimedia assets for various digital platforms.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product’s presence in the digital space.
  • Manage and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) by creating and scheduling posts aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, evaluate data and make optimizations and recommendations based on statistical relevance.
  • Oversee the development and copywriting of online marketing content and collateral.
  • Work closely with client servicing teams to execute digital campaigns and manage client expectations.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings with clients, closely following up on their needs.
  • Research and stay updated on performance marketing trends, techniques, tools and traffic sources to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operation and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Multimedia Management, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years in content creation, video editing, and digital marketing, preferably in digital marketing agencies or similar roles.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and internet marketing is a plus
