We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development team members to serve and expand our clientele. Business development team will be the front-liner of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Follow up and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as and when required.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business study: Public Relation (PR) / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role in marketing team.
  • Prefer candidate with 1 or 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Results oriented, resourceful, proactive and able to multitask.
  • Must possess own transportation
