We are looking for a key player as a Marketing Manager, leading the charge in reshaping our brand's influence. As the mastermind behind our comprehensive marketing strategy, you will craft objectives, manage budgets, and implement tactics to create a harmonious blend that significantly increases foot traffic to our branch operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for the brand.
  • Create marketing programs to align with specific objectives across diverse channels and segments, supporting the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Utilise various channels and segment databases, working with extensive datasets for effective marketing.
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on traffic, and customer retention.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Partnering with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Provide assistance and support to relevant department as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in business management / marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably 8 years' relevant experience in the retail marketing field, and, at least 3 years' experience at the managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes.
  • Role requires strong understanding of marketing, shopper and expert marketing, sales and finance to drive brand performance.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing brand plans and execution plans.
  • Experienced in leading successful activation campaigns and launches in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to converse and write in another language is an added advantage.
