  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly accounting book closing and bank reconciliation.
  • Process vendor payment, staff claims, tax payment and inter-company fund transfer transaction.
  • Assist manager to prepare regular cash forecast and FX report.
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction data.
  • Follow bank related activities such as bank account opening, closing, online banking application, update of banking mandate etc.
  • Any ad hoc task assigns by superior.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirement & group policies.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or related qualification
  • Familiar with SAP system and entries posting.
  • Familiar with FX transaction posting and derivatives accounting concept.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
  • Strong "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Eagerness to take on challenges and adapt to new situations
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management, self-disciplined & good team player
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. Plus, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia and other language will be an advantage.
