Your mission:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, tax forms, and payment records.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding payslips, deductions, and other payroll matters.
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and timely updates regarding new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
  

What we are looking for:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., MYOB, SQL Payroll) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
