Job Description
• Creating, managing and updating the online and offline platforms in order to ensure relevant content reaches intended target audiences.
• Familiar with managing Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
• To create both pre and post promotional content for campaigns and events and submit content calendar in advance.
• To conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and applying relevant findings.
• To assist design team with copy writing for promotional materials.
• To take and edit photographs/short videos/ reels for social platforms and is able to conduct videos for live coverage.
• Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions and promote company initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• To carry out all other duties as required by Brand Marketing & Communications Manager or Director of Business Development from time to time.
• Managing guest reviews from website and handling hotel general enquiries.
Job Requirement
• Diploma in Marketing Communications or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content.
• Confident, persuasive and outgoing - with strong influencing skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
