Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop or modify new products (Plant-based/Vegan) in product definition and design
  • Conduct product application and sensory evaluation studies for products in accordance to requirements and standards
  • Ensure new and existing products are in compliance with all legislations and certifications
  • Continuously seek ways to improve existing products quality and processes
  • Production process and product troubleshooting by giving technical support
  • Source new quality and cost-effective ingredient, evaluate acceptability of raw material from new suppliers
  • Complete documentation including product specifications on various products
  • Ensure timely documentation of recipes and product label ingredient / nutritional generation and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare SOP and work closely with product team to ensure success of product development
  • Produce related documentation and reports for records
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Applied Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field or seafood industry
  • Cooking skill
  • Fluent with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, Halal
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
  • Good communication and analytical skill
