  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You'll be working closely with our Marketing Manager, helping us craft and execute strategic marketing plans that attract new customers and keep our current ones coming back.

The scope covers various marketing channels such as PR, advertising, digital, events and branding. This includes organizing webinars, creating and maintaining websites / landing pages (and keeping them up-to-date at all times), production work (video or photo shoots), social media content creation, ensuring collaterals are current for all divisions and implementing marketing campaigns. You will support the Marketing Manager to work with external partners to ensure KPIs are met for jointly-run or sponsored campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing webinars, managing websites, and creating social media content
  • Keeping our marketing materials fresh and up-to-date
  • Working with external partners on joint campaigns and making sure they hit their targets
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with reports and tracking leads
  • Helping prepare monthly reports for accurate billing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Comfortable with WordPress, HTML, and CSS
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Bonus points if you have experience with digital advertising!
  • Preferably 1-year of experience in marketing, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Location: Bandar Baru Klang (nearby I-City, Shah Alam)

Salary range: RM 3500 - RM 4500
