Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding & Off-boarding
- Prepare offer letters and manage new hire documentation.
- Lead onboarding sessions to integrate new employees into the company culture.
Training & Development
- Collaborate with HR team in planning and carrying out training programs based on business needs and employee performance and track effectiveness.
- Manage HRDC grant applications and appeals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Insurance and Benefits Administration
- Oversee the administration and renewal of employee insurance policies (PA, GTL, and Micare).
- Ensure timely updates and claims processing.
Employee Engagement Activities
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs, including team-building events and recognition initiatives.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate IT maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment. Fresh grads are also welcome.
- Aggressive, passionate, and results-driven attitude towards recruitment.
- Eagerness to experiment with various job platforms and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations is a plus.
