Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding & Off-boarding
  • Prepare offer letters and manage new hire documentation.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to integrate new employees into the company culture.

Training & Development

  • Collaborate with HR team in planning and carrying out training programs based on business needs and employee performance and track effectiveness.
  • Manage HRDC grant applications and appeals, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Insurance and Benefits Administration

  • Oversee the administration and renewal of employee insurance policies (PA, GTL, and Micare).
  • Ensure timely updates and claims processing.

Employee Engagement Activities

  • Plan and implement employee engagement programs, including team-building events and recognition initiatives.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate IT maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment. Fresh grads are also welcome.
  • Aggressive, passionate, and results-driven attitude towards recruitment.
  • Eagerness to experiment with various job platforms and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations is a plus.
