Job Description

Responsible to implement Business Unit, brand and touch-point strategy at POS (Point of Sales) ensuring optimization of KPIs.

Job Tasks:

  • Responsible for implementation, execution and production of in-store communication materials based on global brand and touch-point strategy within your region of responsibility.
  • This includes Point of Sales (permanent & temporary) and Communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, sample cards amongst others.
  • Lead implementation of all Global Tools POS (Point of Sales) projects in the region.
  • Potential agencies and supplier management (merchandising and production where applicable).
  • Ordering process owner and budget management.
  • Responsible for full project management including timeline, order and stock management, budget.
  • Manage the coordination and communication with all stakeholders: Sales, CSOs (Country Sales Organization) and towards the Global Marketing Team, as well as alignments within the Regional Marketing Team.

  • Proven Expertise in POS and Branding: Over 5 years of experience in in-store/POS topics, with deep expertise in POS production and branding.

  • User-Centered and Agile: Maintains a strong user-centered approach, employs UX and agile working methods.
