Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process end to end.
- Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.
- Verify job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talents to the company.
- Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organization’s-culture and strategy.
- Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels.
- Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments.
- Run regular updates to hiring managers.
- Engaging with Senior Stakeholders .
- Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision.
- Propose employment offers in line with the client guidelines.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
- 6 to 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Must hold English & Mandarin language proficiency.
- Experience in hiring for IT and Non- IT positions .
- Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on.
- Should have a recognized Master’s / Bachelor’s degree.
- Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Growth mindset and learning agility.
- Has a strong passion and desire to make a difference.
