  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • 1. Strategic Leadership and Vision:
    • Contribute strategically: Play a key role in shaping the company's vision and strategic direction as part of the management team.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality:
    • Drive improvement: Oversee all plant-level continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Positive Work Environment:
    • Foster innovation: Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage costs: Effectively manage the department's budget and costs to ensure cost-efficiency in assembly engineering.
  • Strategic Direction:
    • Develop strategy: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the assembly engineering department to adapt to industry changes.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to develop future managers and ensure succession planning.
  • Equipment and Process Efficiency:
    • Optimize operations: Develop and maintain efficient equipment, process engineering, and maintenance strategies to align with company business objectives.
  • New Product Introduction:
    • Manage NPI: Oversee the New Product Introduction program, ensuring timely recipe creation and meeting customer production schedules.
  • Process and Material Development:
    • Innovation: Initiate new process engineering and material development to strengthen the company's product and packaging roadmap in a competitive OSAT environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Customer focus: Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve top-tier OSAT performance.
  • Quality Expertise:
    • Process control: Demonstrate expertise in process control methodologies, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, and international quality standards.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive Experience: 20-25 years of overall work experience, with a strong focus on 15-20 years of assembly engineering expertise in a highly competitive global semiconductor outsourcing and assembly testing (OSAT) environment or equivalent.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of process and equipment engineering, as well as new product introduction (NPI) product development processes (APQP).
  • Strategic Skills: Proven ability to execute strategic plans effectively.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Product Focus: Experience in developing and managing product and packaging roadmaps.
  • Yield Improvement: Proven track record in improving yield to meet customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to implementing and managing continuous improvement programs.
  • Cost Efficiency: Expertise in setting up and controlling processes to achieve cost-effective operations.
