What You’ll Do
You will be the primary contact to support factory escalation from LMM (Lam Manufacturing Malaysia), drive immediate containment & resolution plan to prevent disruption to manufacturing and/or delay to tool shipment.

What You’ll Do
You will be the primary contact to support factory escalation from LMM (Lam Manufacturing Malaysia), drive immediate containment & resolution plan to prevent disruption to manufacturing and/or delay to tool shipment.
- Work proactively with LMM (Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering & Operation) to resolve critical part quality problem.
- Drive immediate containment plan & investigation for critical quality escalations (supplier related).
- Act as technical lead or bridge between LMM & SET/Supply Chain, communicate status & plan for resolution/recovery.
- Possess good understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes with 3 ~ 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in Semiconductor Industry.
- Excellent in communication (verbal & written in English), presentation, and organizational skills.
- Have high sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams across multiple departments to achieve goals.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical/Science).
