  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Time Floor Monitor at Daythree in Shah Alam. The Real Time Floor Monitor will be responsible for monitoring and managing real-time activities on the floor, ensuring operational efficiency, and facilitating communication between teams to optimize customer experience.

Key competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage Contact Centre Service Level
  • Familiar with agent utilisation optimisation
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of customer experience mgmt is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
