Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for SEA Hiring, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and selection.
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking event, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
  • Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs & requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business-related discipline.
  • 5 + Years of working experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition with a successful track record of recruiting top talent
  • Fluent in verbal & written both English
  • Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset.
