Required Technical Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and supporting Salesforce Icertis solutions.
Strong understanding of document capture concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Salesforce Apex, Python and Java.
Must-Have:
Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce Icertis sales, contract management and
support solutions according to business requirements.
Design and implement Account Profiles, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Schemes and
Customizations, Reports, SOQL, Email, SMS, NPS, Bulk Library, Conga, Icertis, Authorization
Forms, API and Batch Jobs, Call Plans, Broker Attestation, Authorized Representative etc.
Working knowledge with databases and SQL queries.
Good-to-Have:
Salesforce / Icertis admin and development certifications.
Experience in the insurance domain.
Working Knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as SharePoint, Jira
and Confluence.
Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace or App Dynamics.
Experience with web services integration and API development.
